You may not use PRISM Learn to:
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Transmit, store, or distribute viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other malicious computer code.
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices, including phishing, impersonation, or deceptive marketing.
Interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of our platform, servers, or networks.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, user databases, server infrastructure, or other user accounts.
Automate excessive scraping, crawling, or querying that places disproportionate load on our servers or AI endpoints.
Circumvent, manipulate, or exploit our billing systems, AI credit wallet balances, or payment integrations.
3. AI Generation & Media Standards
When utilizing PRISM Learn's AI course creation, lesson script generation, automated quizzes, and AI avatar video rendering:
No Deepfakes or Impersonation: You may not generate synthetic avatars, cloned voices, or videos depicting real living persons without their explicit, verifiable written consent.
No Non-Consensual or Adult Media: Generating, uploading, or distributing sexually explicit material, pornography, non-consensual imagery, or suggestive content involving minors is strictly forbidden and subject to immediate law enforcement reporting.
No Disinformation or Harmful Advice: You may not generate or publish courses intended to promote dangerous health advice, fraudulent financial schemes, anti-democratic disinformation, or violent extremism.
Attribution & Integrity: You must not deceive learners by claiming AI-generated medical, legal, or financial certifications without holding valid regulatory credentials.
4. Course Content & Intellectual Property
When authoring and publishing courses on PRISM Learn:
You must possess all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any text, images, videos, audio, or PDFs you upload.
You may not scrape, steal, or re-publish copyrighted curricula or intellectual property of other instructors or institutions without authorization.
Course content must not contain hate speech, promote discrimination, harassment, defamation, or incite violence against protected groups.
You retain ownership of the original intellectual property you create, while granting PRISM Learn the operational license required to host, encode, and deliver your courses.
5. Commercial Conduct & Payments
For creators monetizing courses via our Stripe Connect integration:
You must provide honest, accurate descriptions of your courses, syllabus, and refund expectations.
You may not engage in credit card fraud, money laundering, chargeback fraud, or straw purchases.
You must honor learner support inquiries and legitimate refund requests in compliance with our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Security, Credentials & Fair Use
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
All activities, course publications, and AI credit expenditures that take place under your account.
Promptly notifying us at team@prismlearn.ai or via our if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
7. Reporting Violations
If you discover content, a course, or a user on PRISM Learn violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please notify our trust and safety team immediately at: team@prismlearn.ai or submit a report through our . Please include the URL of the offending course or user profile, along with relevant details.
8. Enforcement & Account Actions
We reserve the absolute right to:
Investigate any reported or detected violations of this Policy.
Immediately unpublish, disable, or remove non-compliant course content or media.
Freeze, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts found in breach of this Policy without notice or liability.
Notify and cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies in cases of criminal or unlawful conduct.
